Veneers

Veneers offer an esthetically pleasing natural looking smile, with a little to no-tooth reshaping.

These strong and long lasting restorations are ultra-thin shells of porcelain, which are permanently bonded to the front of the teeth both to improve the esthetics and/or to protect the damaged surface.

 

 

Nowadays, thanks to the most  advanced adhesive techniques, veneer preparation requires to remove only a minimum amount of tooth structure (0.5 mm compare to the 1.5mm for crown preparation).

Whenever possible, veneers should be preferred over crowns not only for the maximum preservation of the remaining tooth structure, but also for superior esthetic outcome.
