Crowns and Bridges

While adhesive dentistry has decreased the indication for crowns, especially in the anterior quadrants of the mouth, implant dentistry has diminished the need for bridges.
After years of service, however, already existing crowns and bridges need to be replaced.

 

 

 

Since the remainig tooth structure underneath is unfortunately minimal (and consequently very precious), the task should not be underestimated.
